CRM Systematic training
In order to optimize the work process, improve customer service and improve work efficiency, the company organized a CRM customer management system training on the morning of April 17. More than 20 sales personnel participated in the training.In this training, the staff learned the whole operation process of CRM system and had a deep understanding of CRM system. I believe that in the future work, we can effectively use the system to improve work efficiency.
